It is an industry-aligned upskilling program that runs alongside an engineering degree from a collaborating university. Students are admitted to a UGC-recognised, AICTE-approved collaborated institution, and NIAT&#8217;s curriculum operates in parallel. On completion, students hold two credentials: a B.Tech from the collaborating university and an Industry-Ready Certification from NIAT. The program covers Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering and Full Stack Development, Data Science, DevOps, Physical AI and Robotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entry is through the NxtWave Assessment Test, a 90-minute aptitude-based evaluation. NIAT hosted India&#8217;s Largest GenAI Buildathon in collaboration with OpenAI Academy. The strengths are real: industry-relevant curriculum, experienced mentors, and early internship pipelines. The trade-off is equally real: sustained academic pressure, limited downtime, and a dual-track workload. For students serious about technology and comfortable with that exchange, the program has genuine merit.
